The following terms and conditions of sale are provided to give our customers a clear understanding of our payment, delivery and return policies.
Satisfaction Guarantee & Order Returns for Online Orders
Formula Raw is proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products sold through https://formularaw.com in order to offer you a risk-free transaction.
To request a refund, please contact our support team by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
For a quick response, please provide the following information:
- Contact Details (Name, Email, Phone, Address)
- Order #
- Product(s) you are requesting to be returned
- Production and/or batch code numbers of returning product
- Reasons for return.
Once a return is received we will process a full refund to the method of payment on file. If the transaction was completed via e-transfer, cash or debit we will provide a store credit only.
*Products must be less than 50% consumed to be eligible for return
Order Returns for In-Store Purchases
Products purchased through a Formula Raw re-seller should be made to the store or location where the item was purchased and are subject to the return policy of the establishment where the products were purchased.
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Formula Raw does not impose a surcharge for credit card purchases through our retail web shop. Please provide your correct billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address, postal code and phone number your credit card issuer has on file for you). Incorrect information may result in your payment being declined. Your credit card will be billed upon the placement of your order.
Acceptance of Order
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Formula Raw reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by making an email request to email@example.com or by calling us at 514-400-1710. Please have your customer name, email address, invoice number and order total available for us.
If there is an error in your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to remedy the problem.
Changing your order date
If you would like your order to ship on another available date to your area, please notify us by calling 514-400-1710 or by email – firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your customer name, email address, invoice number, order total and requested shipping date. Requested changes to your shipping date are not guaranteed unless you have received confirmation of your request by our support team or by email correspondence.
